How to change your password in Windows

To change your password in Windows, follow these steps:

  1. Press the Ctrl + Alt + Delete keys together.
  2. Click on “Change a password”.
  3. Type your current password and then type your new password twice.
  4. You can also add a password hint to help you remember your password.
  5. Click on “Change password”.

Alternatively, you can also change your password using the Settings app:

  1. Open the Start menu by clicking on the Windows icon in the lower left corner of the screen.
  2. Click on “Settings”, which is represented by a gear icon.
  3. Click on “Accounts”.
  4. Click on “Sign-in options” in the left-hand pane.
  5. Click on “Change” under “Password”.
  6. Type your current password and then type your new password twice.
  7. You can also add a password hint to help you remember your password.
  8. Click on “Next” and then “Finish”.

That’s it! You have now changed your password in Windows. Make sure to choose a strong password that is difficult for others to guess, and try to use a different password for each of your accounts to increase your security.
